What happens if a member misses a payment?

Groups can enable late-payment sanctions. When a contribution deadline passes, Achup automatically records it and calculates penalties if configured.

Can I join more than one Njangi group?

Yes! Achup lets you pay another member’s dues directly. Perfect for emergencies, assistance, or absent members.

How much does it cost to use Achup?

Creating an account is free. Standard transaction fees may apply depending on your mobile money provider. Group admins can also configure small service fees if needed.

What if I forget my password or lose my phone?

You can log back in using your phone number and OTP verification. No data is lost — Achup securely keeps your group information and transaction history.
